This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why we collect it, who we share it with and what rights you have. It applies to https://www.valley-dubai-sales.com/and to enquiries made through it.

What we collect

We only collect what you give us and what our server records automatically.

Information you provide

When you submit an enquiry form, request a brochure, unlock floor plans or ask us to call you back, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone or WhatsApp number
• The project you are enquiring about
• Any message you choose to write

Information collected automatically

With each enquiry we also record:

• The page you submitted the form from
• The date and time of the submission
• Your IP address, used to prevent automated abuse of our forms

We do not use advertising trackers, behavioural profiling or third-party marketing pixels on this site.

Why we use it

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.

• Property developers. If you ask us to register your interest, reserve a unit or arrange a meeting, we pass your name and contact details to that developer so they can process it. Their own privacy policy then also applies.
• Our email provider. Enquiry notifications are delivered through a third-party SMTP service acting on our instructions.
• Our hosting provider. The website and its database are hosted on managed cloud infrastructure on our behalf.
• Authorities. Where we are required to disclose information by UAE law or by a competent regulator.

Third-party services loaded by this site

• Google Fonts — typefaces are served from Google, which receives your IP address as part of that request.
• YouTube — where a project page includes a video, only a still image loads with the page. Nothing is requested from YouTube until you press play, and the player then runs in privacy-enhanced mode.
• WhatsApp — our WhatsApp buttons simply open a chat. Your data is passed to WhatsApp only if you choose to send the message.

Cookies and local storage

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies of its own. It uses:

• Essential cookies set by WordPress if you log in to the site as a member of staff.
• Browser session storage to remember that you have already seen the enquiry pop-up, and that you have already unlocked the floor plans, so you are not asked twice. This is cleared when you close the browser and is never sent to us.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so will not stop you using this site.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are stored in the website database so our advisors can follow up. The most recent enquiries remain in the active list and older ones move to an archive. We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our record-keeping obligations as a licensed brokerage, after which they are deleted. The IP address used for spam prevention is discarded automatically within a short period.

You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time — see below.

Security

Enquiries are transmitted over an encrypted HTTPS connection and stored on access-controlled hosting. Access is limited to staff who need it to respond to you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, and equivalent laws where they apply to you, you may:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you and receive a copy
• Ask us to correct anything inaccurate
• Ask us to delete your data
• Withdraw your consent to being contacted, at any time
• Object to or ask us to restrict how we use your data
• Ask us to transfer your data to another provider

To exercise any of these, contact us on +971 55 155 4892 or through the enquiry form on this site. We will respond within the period required by law. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.

International transfers

Our hosting and email providers may process data on servers outside the UAE. Where that happens we rely on providers that offer an appropriate level of protection for your data.

Children

This site is intended for adults purchasing or investing in property. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted an enquiry, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The revision date below always shows the current version.
