What this website is

Planetprop Real Estate LLC is an independent real estate brokerage and property consultancy, and an authorised channel partner for selected UAE developers. This website is independently owned and managed by us. It is not the official website of any property developer or project unless expressly stated.

All project names, developer names, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and appear here only to identify properties and provide information.

Information on this site

Everything published here is for general marketing and informational purposes. Prices, layouts, availability, specifications, amenities, payment plans, handover dates and promotional offers come from the respective developers and were correct to the best of our knowledge when published.

Projects are updated frequently and all information is subject to change without notice. Before making any decision, verify the current position with our advisors and with the developer.

No offer and no contract

Payments

Planetprop Real Estate LLC does not collect property sale proceeds or purchase payments on behalf of developers. All Expression of Interest amounts, booking amounts, instalments and property payments are made directly to the developer through their officially designated payment channels.

If anyone asks you to send property payments to an account in our name, or to any account that is not the developer’s official channel, stop and contact us on +971 55 155 4892 before transferring anything.

Using this site

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of UAE law
• Submit false, misleading or third-party contact details through our forms
• Use automated systems to scrape, copy or overload the site
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its database or its hosting
• Reproduce, republish or redistribute our content commercially without written permission

To keep the forms working for genuine buyers, submissions are rate limited per connection. Repeated or automated submissions may be blocked.

Intellectual property

The layout, design, text and compilation of this website belong to Planetprop Real Estate LLC. Project imagery, plans, brand names and trademarks belong to the respective developers and owners and are used for identification and information only.

Some links lead to developer websites or other third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from reliance on information published here, from any inaccuracy or omission, or from the site being unavailable.
